Basketball Recap: North Harrison Takes a Loss

North Harrison lost against Princeton back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The North Harrison Shamrocks were outmatched by the Princeton Tigers and fell 83-38. While losing is never fun, the Shamrocks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 236th, while the Tigers are ranked 28th).

Despite the loss, North Harrison had strong showings from Wyatt Maize, who posted 11 points, and Jensen Davis, who earned ten points.

North Harrison is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5. As for Princeton, they pushed their record up to 6-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

North Harrison will welcome Pattonsburg at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Princeton, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Princeton Tigers face off against the North Andrew Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
