Centralia and Black Hills are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2022, but likely not for long. The Tigers will take on the Wolves at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Centralia and five for Black Hills.

It was a proper cat-fight when Centralia challenged Aberdeen on Friday. The Tigers came up short against the Bobcats, falling 9-2.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Black Hills' offense. They fell just short of Shelton by a score of 2-0 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Wolves have suffered since April 18, 2025.

Black Hills' loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Centralia, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-11.

Centralia skirted past Black Hills 6-5 in their previous matchup back in May of 2025. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
