Recap: Tooele Buffaloes vs. Granger Lancers
The Tooele Buffaloes's three-game losing streak came to an end on Thursday. They walked away with a 48-35 win over Granger. For Tooele, this counts as revenge for the 57-46 loss Granger walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2014.
Tooele got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Josie Kennedy out in front who scored 19 points along with 9 rebounds and 3 steals. Kennedy Searle was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with 7 rebounds and 4 steals.
Tooele's victory bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Granger, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tooele will take on Park City at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Granger will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Skyridge at 7:00 p.m. on December 20th.
