Jackson had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Firestone Falcons. For the Polar Bears, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Falcons walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Jackson took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-15, 25-15.

Joey Victor paced Jackson's offense, picking up nine kills. Victor got some help from Gabe SCHMITT and his 18 assists. Lukas PEMBERTON controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Jackson's win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-3. As for Firestone, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-6 record this season.

Jackson has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against St. Vincent-St. Mary on the 17th. As for Firestone, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Louisville on the 22nd.
