Volleyball Recap: Union County Comes Up Short

Union County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kirkwood Cobras.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-14.

Union County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Kirkwood, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Union County will be playing at home against Gibbs at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Kirkwood, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Owensboro Catholic on the 23rd.
