Football Game Preview: Morgan Raiders vs. Sheridan Generals

Morgan hasn't had much luck against Sheridan recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Raiders will square off against the Generals at 7:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Morgan comes in on three and Sheridan on five.

Morgan will bounce into Friday's contest after beating John Glenn, who they had gone 0-6 against in their six prior meetings. The Raiders walked away with a 21-14 victory over the Little Muskies on Friday.

Meanwhile, Sheridan made easy work of Philo on Friday and carried off a 28-7 win. The Generals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 21 points or more this season.

Morgan's record is now 5-2. As for Sheridan, their record now sits at an identical 5-2.

Morgan took a serious blow against Sheridan in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, falling 48-16. Can the Raiders avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
