Basketball Recap: Balboa Comes Up Short

After flying high against Montverde Academy Gold on Friday, Balboa came back down to earth. The Bengals took a blow against the DME Academy - on Saturday, falling 75-18. The game marked the Bengals' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Balboa now has a losing record of 4-5. As for DME Academy, the win keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Balboa will venture away from home to square off against North Tampa Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for DME Academy, they will face off against Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
