Basketball Recap: Mount Olive Christian Drops Highest Score of Season Against Varsity Opponent

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mount Olive Christian). They claimed a resounding 61-34 victory over Varsity Opponent. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 48-22 back in December of 2024.

Mount Olive Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Riley Morrow, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 boards. Morrow is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down 11 or more in the last six games she's played. Abby Rodgers was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 20 points and nine boards.
