Chapman is 7-1 against Emerald since March of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Panthers will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge the Vikings at 7:00 p.m.

Chapman is headed out to face Emerald after opening their season at home and giving their fans just what they were looking for. The Panthers blew past Landrum 4-1 on Thursday. The score was close at halftime, but Chapman pulled away in the second half with three goals.

Meanwhile, Emerald's season-opener on Tuesday wasn't quite what the team was looking for considering the end result. They and Belton-Honea Path finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw.

Chapman beat Emerald 2-0 when the teams last played back in February of 2025. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
