After a string of 15 wins, Thomas County Central's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Colquitt County Packers by a score of 2-1. The Yellow Jackets were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Packers earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Thomas County Central started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-18, 15-12.
