Basketball Recap: Benjamin Franklin Takes a Loss

Benjamin Franklin suffered their closest defeat since January 27, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of the Abraham Lincoln Railsplitters by a score of 63-60. The Electrons lost against the Railsplitters in their previous head to head back in December of 2017, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 84-47 score last time.

Miguel Rosa Jr was his usual excellent self, putting up 24 points for Abraham Lincoln. Another player making a difference was Chris Barr, who posted 11 points.

Benjamin Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Abraham Lincoln, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-13.

As of now, neither Benjamin Franklin nor Abraham Lincoln have any future games scheduled.
