After failing to score in their last match, Cannon made sure to put some goals up on the board against Charlotte Christian on Tuesday. They blew past the Knights 4-1. Considering Cannon's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

They hit Charlotte Christian with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kareena Blumer, Mia Valencia, Anna Lomax, and Caroline Dumond.

Cannon now has a winning record of 6-5-2. As for Charlotte Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cannon will welcome Charlotte Country Day School at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Charlotte Christian, they will host Charlotte Latin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Charlotte Latin will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Charlotte Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
