Kennard-Dale is a perfect 7-0 against Dover since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Rams will square off against the Eagles at 8:30 a.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Kennard-Dale has nine straight wins, Dover has seven straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
On Wednesday, Kennard-Dale made easy work of York Suburban and carried off an 11-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won seven games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Giovanni Sisti made a splash no matter where he played. He pitched six innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. What's more, he posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.
In other batting news, Gavin Holmes and Avery Chenoweth did most of the damage at the plate: Holmes went 1-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI, while Chenoweth went 2-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI. Those two doubles gave Chenoweth a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Noah Hoffer, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.
Kennard-Dale kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in five consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Dover didn't have quite enough to beat New Oxford on Wednesday and fell 5-4.
Dover's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Kennard-Dale, their win bumped their record up to 12-2.
Dover's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Kennard-Dale has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .482. It's a different story for Dover, though, as they've only averaged .287. Will they be able to contain Kennard-Dale's hitters?
Kennard-Dale got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in March against Dover by a conclusive 11-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
