Palma waltzed into their matchup on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They secured a 39-35 W over the Carmel Padres. This was a revenge game for the Chieftains: when they faced off against the Padres last Thursday, they had to take a 69-65 defeat.

Palma has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season. As for Carmel, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 8-6 record.

Palma didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 67-62 victory against Pacific Grove on the 21st. As for Carmel, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 69-43 win against Salinas on the 21st.
