After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Shelby Valley, East Ridge was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 9-6 win over the Pike County Central Hawks. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Hawks back in March, they had to take a 16-1 loss.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 5-8. As for Pike County Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-7 record this season.

East Ridge didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 16-1 win against Phelps on the 22nd. As for Pike County Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 14-4 victory against Tolsia on the 21st.
