Basketball Recap: Cudahy Takes a Loss

Cudahy lost against New Berlin Eisenhower back in January of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cudahy Packers took a blow against the New Berlin Eisenhower Lions, falling 59-22. While losing is never fun, the Packers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 400th, while the Lions are ranked 74th).

Cudahy has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 3-13-1 record this season. As for New Berlin Eisenhower, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-9.

Looking ahead, Cudahy will square off against Pius XI Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Pius XI Catholic's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six games. New Berlin Eisenhower does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
