Holden Parks gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in March on Monday. He kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out six over five innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Parks and Corvian Community will face off against East Gaston at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Warriors swept Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy off the field in their last game, a feat they'll no doubt try to repeat. Will the Cardinals be able to hold them off?
