Softball Recap: Warsaw Drops Season-High Score on Le Roy

Warsaw was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took an 11-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Le Roy Oatkan Knights. On the bright side, the seven- run performance marked the Tigers' highest-scoring contest to date.

Warsaw's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Le Roy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-3.

Coming up, Warsaw will face off against Hornell at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Le Roy, they will take on Geneseo at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Oatkan Knights 3.2, the Blue Devils 1.7) so any runs scored will be well earned.
