Soccer Recap: Elmwood Park Comes Up Short at Home Against Willowbrook + How To Watch

Elmwood Park unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the Willowbrook Warriors by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. Elmwood Park were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Willowbrook apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Elmwood Park will host Payton College Prep at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Willowbrook, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Addison Trail at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
