Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cambridge Christian). They really took it to the Lakeside Christian Lions for the full four quarters, racking up a 77-41 win. With the Lancers ahead 56-20 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Cambridge Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ian Jansen, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten rebounds. Jansen's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Zay Burton, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 boards.

The victory made it two in a row for Cambridge Christian and bumps their season record up to 8-4. As for Lakeside Christian, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.

Cambridge Christian will be taking part in a tournament against Cornerstone Charter Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lakeside Christian, they will head out to take on The Classical Academy of Sarasota at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lakeside Christian is facing The Classical Academy of Sarasota at the right time seeing as The Classical Academy of Sarasota is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
