Basketball Recap: Westminster Christian's Run of Five Straight Victories Now Over

Westminster Christian suffered their biggest loss since February 15, 2024 on Friday. They lost 62-42 to the Roman Catholic Cahillite. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 75th in Florida, while the Cahillite are ranked first in Pennsylvania).

Defeat or not, Westminster Christian got some senior leadership from Julian Crespo and Cooper Whitby. Crespo posted 15 points and three steals, while Whitby earned 11 points.
