Football Recap: Barrington Piles Up the Points Against Schaumburg

Barrington entered their tilt with Schaumburg on Friday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They took their game with ease, bagging a 42-0 win over the Saxons. The matchup marked the Fillies/Broncos' most dominant victory of the season.

Luke Tepas had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 217 yards and four TDs while completing 80% of his passes. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in passer rating (160.4). Owen Cook was another key player, picking up 105 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Barrington didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Jackson Taylor and Matthew Palmieri.

Barrington's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Schaumburg, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.
