Oak Grove is a perfect 4-0 against Biloxi since November of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Warriors will challenge the Indians at 7:00 p.m. Oak Grove will be strutting in after a win while Biloxi will be coming in after a defeat.

Oak Grove had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 21-point drubbing they dealt Pearl on Thursday. The Warriors put the hurt on the Pirates with a sharp 28-7 victory. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now won eight in a row.

Chavel Williams Jr. produced another solid performance rushing for 84 yards and a pair of scores on only nine carries. Another rusher making a difference was Roman Causey, who rushed for 71 yards and one TD.

Meanwhile, Biloxi fell victim to D'Iberville and their airtight defense on Thursday. They were dealt a 28-0 loss at the hands of the Warriors. Having soared to a lofty 42 points in the game before, the Indians' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Oak Grove's record is now 8-3. As for Biloxi, they dropped their record down to 3-7 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Friday's matchup might be decided on the ground. Oak Grove has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 179.9 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Biloxi struggles in that department as they've been averaging 150 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's contest turns into a tough fight on the ground.

Oak Grove strolled past Biloxi when the teams last played back in November of 2024 by a score of 34-20. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Indians' Jalen Anderson, who rushed for 77 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also caught one score. Now that he won't be playing on Friday, will it be easier for the Warriors to walk away with another win? There's only one way to find out.
