Football Recap: Chambersburg Trojans vs. State College Little Lions

Chambersburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 29-7 to the State College Little Lions. The contest was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly the Trojans struggled afterwards.

State College got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kellen Williams out in front who threw for 197 yards and two touchdowns while completing 81% of his passes. The dominant performance also gave Williams a new career-high in rushing yards. Another receiver making a difference was Ty Salazer, who picked up 84 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Chambersburg's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for State College, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.
