Bismarck won the last time they faced Valley and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bismarck Indians simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Valley Vikings 66-19. The Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 22 points or more this season.

Ashley Hawkins was her usual excellent self, going 10 for 11 on her way to 22 points along with five rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Karlee Dickey, who posted seven points in addition to six assists and five boards.

Bismarck was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Bismarck has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a massive bump to their 12-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.2 points over those games. As for Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-15.

Coming up, Bismarck will be playing in front of their home fans against Grandview at 7:00 p.m. on February 17th. Valley will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bunker at 5:00 p.m. on February 18th.
