For Wahoo's part, the team relied heavily on Addison Gregg, who went a perfect 2-for-2 while posting 1 home run, 5 RBIs, and 1 double. Those five RBIs set a new season-high mark for Gregg. Alivia Shada was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 while logging 1 home run, 3 RBIs, and 2 runs.

Platteview didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-9 win against Seward on the 9th. As for Wahoo, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 6-1 loss against Norris on the 5th.
