Baseball Recap: Pascagoula Takes a Loss

Pascagoula was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the George County Rebels. The Panthers were not able to make up for their loss to the Rebels from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Pascagoula's record now sits at 8-14. As for George County, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season.

While Pascagoula had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
