Preview: Braymer/Breckenridge vs. Pattonsburg/North Harrison
Braymer/Breckenridge will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Pattonsburg/North Harrison at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Braymer/Breckenridge had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They were completely outmatched, falling 2-48 to Stanberry. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.
Meanwhile, Pattonsburg/North Harrison took care of business in their home opener. They were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past St. Joseph Christian 68-12.
Pattonsburg/North Harrison's win lifted them to 1-0 while Braymer/Breckenridge's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Pattonsburg/North Harrison can add another positive mark to their record or if Braymer/Breckenridge can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Pattonsburg/North Harrison's step.
