Morris waltzed into their match on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They came out on top against the Putnam County Panthers by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Morris also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Morris can attribute much of their success to Alyssa Jepson, who had seven digs and three aces. What's more, Jepson posted two assists, the most she's had over her last nine matchups. Sydney Brandt also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Morris' victory bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Putnam County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-9.

Morris didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Hall on the 27th. As for Putnam County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Elmwood Park on the 27th.
