A well-balanced attack led Mapleton over Monroeville in every quarter on their way to victory on Saturday. The Mapleton Mounties came out on top against the Monroeville Eagles by a score of 54-43. The victory was familiar territory for the Mounties who have now won three matches in a row.

Mapleton's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Monroeville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-4.

Mapleton will venture away from home to face off against Northwestern at 5:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025. As for Monroeville, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Oberlin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
