If Sanderson wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Leesville Road, they should've done a better job of containing Molly Zuburg. The Leesville Road Pride took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 77-11 win over the Sanderson Spartans thanks to Zuburg, who went 8-for-15 to rack up 22 points in addition to eight assists and seven steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 15 games she's played.

The team also got some help courtesy of Peyton Moye, who went 8-for-12 on her way to 21 points and seven rebounds. That's the most boards she has posted since back in December of 2024.

Leesville Road is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.4 points over those games. As for Sanderson, their loss dropped their record down to 2-19.

As of now, neither Leesville Road nor Sanderson have any future games scheduled.
