Soccer Recap: South Davidson Takes a Loss

South Davidson lost against Lexington back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wildcats lost 5-0 to the Yellowjackets. South Davidson fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against Lexington since on Wednesday.

South Davidson's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5-2. As for Lexington, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-5-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Davidson will host West Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. West Davidson will roll in looking for their 15th straight victory, something South Davidson surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lexington, they will face off against Leadership Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
