Fairfax's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the West Potomac Wolverines with a sharp 3-0 win. The Lions were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Wolverines, so the Lions were just returning the favor.

Fairfax's victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-2. As for West Potomac, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
