Softball Recap: Four Straight Home Victories for Greenland

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lincoln, Greenland was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the County Line Indians. The win continues a trend for the Pirates in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won four in a row.

Greenland's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4. As for County Line, the loss was their first on the road , dropping their record down to 6-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greenland will head out to challenge Providence Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Patriots will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last. As for County Line, they will challenge Scranton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
