Softball Recap: Lee Comes Up Short

Lee lost against Central Wise back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Generals fell 9-5 to the Warriors.

Chloe Bledoe made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Lee's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Central Wise, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-3 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lee will venture away from home to face off against Gate City at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Central Wise, they will head out to challenge Richlands at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
