Twin Springs proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by 14) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the J.I. Burton Black Raiders 3-2. The victory was nothing new for the Titans as they're now sitting on four straight.

Twin Springs' win bumped their record up to 10-2-1. As for J.I. Burton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Twin Springs will face off against rival Eastside at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Titans 1.5, the Spartans 1) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, J.I. Burton is set to challenge their familiar foe Castlewood at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
