After only two runs in their last game, Waterloo made sure to put some runs up on the board against Palmyra-Macedon on Friday. The Tigers came out on top against the Red Raiders by a score of 15-12. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 10-3 back in April.

Panek Ava was a standout: she got on base in all five of her plate appearances with four runs, one triple, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Gwyn Panek, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with three runs, one triple, and one double.

Waterloo's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Palmyra-Macedon, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.

Coming up, Waterloo will welcome Wayne at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Palmyra-Macedon, they will head out to take on Penn Yan Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
