Basketball Recap: Hancock Takes a Loss

Hancock was the 44-35 winner over Picayune when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hancock Hawks took a 52-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Picayune Maroon Tide.

Hancock's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Picayune, their win bumped their record up to 7-12.

Hancock is taking a road trip to square off against Pascagoula at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Picayune, they will challenge Long Beach at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
