Volleyball Recap: Pilgrim Takes a Loss

Pilgrim was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the South Kingstown Rebels.

Pilgrim's record is now 3-14. As for South Kingstown, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pilgrim will take on Toll Gate at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Patriots are facing the Titans at the right time seeing as the Titans are stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for South Kingstown, they will square off against Woonsocket at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
