Recap: Jewish Culture Lions vs. Sheridan Hills Christian Sharks
On Monday, Jewish Culture ended up a good deal behind Sheridan Hills Christian and lost 35-18. Jewish Culture has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Sheridan Hills Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Elizabeth Spee out in front who scored nine points along with two steals. Spee is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Evie Hill, who scored nine points along with two steals.
Jewish Culture's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Sheridan Hills Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 5-7.
Jewish Culture's road trip will continue as they head out to face Dade Christian at 5:00 p.m. on January 30th. Dade Christian comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 23 points in their last six games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse. Sheridan Hills Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
