Soccer Recap: Woods Cross Takes a Loss

Woods Cross managed to slip by Viewmont the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Wildcats came up short against the Vikings on Saturday, falling 4-1. The match was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Woods Cross struggled afterwards.

Woods Cross dropped their record down to 2-6 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Viewmont, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Woods Cross will challenge rival Clearfield at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Viewmont is set to face off against their familiar foe Northridge at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
