Basketball Recap: Fredonia Takes a Loss

Fredonia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Sherman Wildcats 58-26. The Hillbillies were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-14.

Fredonia's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Sherman, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Fredonia has already played their next game, a 51-41 loss against Allegany-Limestone on the 7th. As for Sherman, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Brocton at 5:00 p.m. on January 14th.
