Soccer Recap: Middletown Comes Up Short

Middletown managed to keep up with Monroe-Woodbury until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Middie Bears came up short against the Crusaders, falling 3-0. Middletown haven't had much luck with Monroe-Woodbury recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Middletown's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Monroe-Woodbury, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Middletown will host Ossining at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Monroe-Woodbury, they will square off against Beacon at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
