Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Jefferson walked away with it. They were the clear victor by a 66-42 margin over the Grant Generals on Tuesday. The Democrats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 23 matches by 20 points or more this season.

The win was the sixth in a row for Jefferson, bringing their record for this year to 27-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.5 points. As for Grant, their loss dropped their record down to 16-9.

Jefferson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Grant, they will welcome Ida B. Wells at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
