Lincoln won the last time they faced Highland and things went their way on Saturday too. The Railsplitters came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 40-33. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Railsplitters.

Lincoln's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Highland, their defeat was their first of the season and also makes their record 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Jacksonville at 7:00 p.m. on December 2. The game will give the Railsplitters their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Highland, they will square off against Breese Central at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
