Basketball Recap: Sun Valley Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Sun Valley lost against Butler back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Spartans had to suffer through a 71-15 loss at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kayleigh White was Sun Valley's leading scorer, having posted six points. Kaitlyn Shean held things down on the boards with six rebounds. Kayana White took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.

Sun Valley now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Butler, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Sun Valley will challenge East Mecklenburg at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Butler, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 61-40 loss against Jackson Day on the 29th.
