Soccer Game Preview: Cherokee Bluff vs. Chestatee

The Cherokee Bluff Bears will challenge the Chestatee War Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Cherokee Bluff fell victim to Brookwood and their airtight defense on Friday. They came up short against the Broncos, falling 5-0.

Meanwhile, Chestatee's game on Friday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of White County by a score of 1-0. The defeat continues a trend for the War Eagles in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now lost three in a row.

Cherokee Bluff now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Chestatee, they now also have a losing record of 2-3.

Everything went Cherokee Bluff's way against Chestatee in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, as Cherokee Bluff made off with a 10-0 victory. Will Cherokee Bluff repeat their success, or does Chestatee have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
