Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Beverly). They took their  matchup  on Monday with ease, bagging  a  90-63 win over the Danvers Falcons. Given the Panthers' advantage  in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings  (they are ranked 55th, while the Falcons are ranked 206th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Several Falcons players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Randall Martin, who  went 10 of 13  en route to 26  points.  Kevin Ahearn was another key player,  going 5 for 8  on his way to 13 points in addition to six  assists and three  steals.
The  victory was  the fourth in a row for Beverly, bringing their record for this year to 10-5. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 79.5 points per game. As for Danvers,  they are  on  an  eight-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 5-9.
 Beverly didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  73-49  win against Swampscott on the 30th. Danvers has also already played their next  game (against Saugus), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
