McCracken County never let their opponents score on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Ballard Memorial Bombers with a sharp 10-0 win. The victory was nothing new for the Mustangs as they're now sitting on five straight.

McCracken County pushed their record up to 22-5 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for Ballard Memorial, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-6 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McCracken County will welcome Kennett at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Mustangs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Indians have averaged an impressive 12.7 runs per game this season. As for Ballard Memorial, they will be playing at home against Caldwell County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
