Basketball Recap: Greenback Takes a Loss

Greenback was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Polk County Wildcats, falling 75-40.

Greenback's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Polk County, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Greenback didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 70-23 defeat against Sweetwater on the 10th. As for Polk County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 68-51 win against Sequoyah on the 10th.
